Our story takes place at Pt. Leo Estate Winery and Sculpture Park on the Mornington Peninsula coast. The sweeping entrance, defined by granite paving and a wall of poured-in-place concrete, ribbons around a 78-year-old Queensland bottle tree. The forecourt's curved form was designed to mimic wine pouring from a bottle, while the mature tree stands as a living counterpoint to the architectural rhythm, its serene presence felt by all who pass through.
